I'm a life and health coach for women in midlife — the ones navigating GLP-1s, menopause, or the space between. I'm not the expert who hands you the answer. I'm the guide who helps you find yours.

 

I trained through the Health Coach Institute. I've been through the hormone shifts myself. I know what it looks like when the plans that worked in your 30s stop working, and I know what it takes to build something new on the other side.

 

What I bring isn't a program to follow. It's a structured 90 days to help you figure out what you actually need, what you actually want, and what kind of woman you want to be on the other side of all this.

The Program

The 90-Day Metabolic Intensive.

Twelve weeks. Twelve one-on-one sessions, in person or virtual. One program that moves with you — because the body you're in now isn't the body you had ten years ago, and the work has to meet you where you actually are.

Phase 01 — Metabolic Defense.

Weeks 1–4. Stabilize the body.

We start with the physiology. Protein, hydration, hunger cues, movement. Not a diet. A baseline — so the rest of the work has a body that can hold it.

Phase 02 — The Identity Shift.

Weeks 5–8. Meet the woman underneath.

The plans fail when the identity underneath them hasn't caught up. This is where we look at the patterns — the self-deprioritization, the people-pleasing, the reward-and-punishment cycles — and you decide what stays and what goes.

Phase 03 — Lifestyle Architecture.

Weeks 9–12. Build the life that holds it.

Stress. Sleep. The energy you give and the energy you take back. This is where the work becomes the life. Not a program to finish — a way of living you design for yourself.
