  • What is life coaching, and how is it different from therapy or consulting?
    Life coaching is a forward-looking partnership focused on helping you identify and achieve your personal and professional goals. Unlike therapy, which often explores past issues, coaching focuses on your present and future. Unlike consulting, which typically provides expert advice or solutions, coaching empowers you to discover your own answers and build lasting strategies. As your coach, I'm here to guide, challenge, and support you in unlocking your full potential.
  • What makes The Driven Coach different from other coaching services?
    I believe your journey is uniquely yours. When working with me, you choose and name your own coaching plan. This fosters deep ownership and investment, ensuring every step aligns with your vision. I focus on igniting your inner drive and building unshakeable confidence across all facets of your life, health, and athletic pursuits. Each 90 day program is different, with every session tailored to your own goals.
  • Who do I typically work with?
    I have a deep passion for guiding women who are ready to transform their lives. My clients are typically seeking to build strong, sustainable confidence, feel comfortable and empowered in their own skin, and unlock their greatest potential to live their most authentic and fulfilling life. If you're a woman ready to take the wheel and create lasting change, you're in the right place.
  • What areas of life do you coach on?
    My coaching expertise spans three core areas: Life Coaching: Enhancing clarity, purpose, relationships, career satisfaction, and overall well-being. Health Coaching: Building sustainable habits for physical wellness, body positivity, energy, and comfort in your own skin. This can include navigating significant health journeys with a focus on holistic well-being and confidence. Sports Coaching: Developing mental resilience, focus, performance strategies, and a strong inner game for athletic pursuits. Please note: my sports coaching is geared towards the beginner/intermediate levels of bowling and mountain biking.
  • How do I get started?

  • What results can I expect from coaching?
    While results vary for each individual, clients typically experience increased clarity, enhanced confidence, greater self-awareness, improved decision-making, sustainable healthy habits, stronger relationships, and a clearer path toward achieving their personal and professional aspirations. The ultimate outcome is a life lived with more purpose, drive, and authentic fulfillment. All program outcomes are based on your individual goals and how much time/effort you've invested into the program. I am an accountability partner and a guide. However, I cannot do this work for you.
  • What are the Opening the Relationship (OTR) interviews?
    The OTR interviews are a free, no-obligation conversation where we get to know each other. It's a chance for you to learn more about my coaching philosophy, ask questions, and see if our partnership feels like a good fit for your goals. It's an opportunity to explore what coaching can do for you before making any commitments. These can be done via video chat or at a local business. I opt not to do these conversations over the phone because seeing who you are interviewing can impact your decision.
  • Do you offer in-person coaching, or is it all virtual?
    I offer coaching sessions both in-person (North Texas) and virtually via video. This provides flexibility and convenience, allowing us to connect no matter where you are. In rare cases, phone calls are acceptable but not ideal since the ability to see one another supports your growth in the program. It's also a great source of accountability.
  • How long is the coaching program, and what does it involve?
    My signature program is a 90-day journey, structured with weekly 30-45 minute coaching sessions. During these sessions, I'll work with you to clarify your goals, identify challenges, develop personalized strategies, and build momentum. The program is designed to create consistent progress and sustainable change.
